电影改编自1985年剧场版《哆啦A梦：大雄的宇宙小战争》，讲述大雄意外结识来自匹里卡星、体形小巧的外星人帕比，并在哆啦A梦的帮助下，与大家一起穿越星际，共同守护友情和星球的宇宙冒险故事。。本作は出張帰りに新幹線の車内でご当地グルメを堪能するのが密かな楽しみというサラリーマン・高宮進の物語。出張先で見つけた酒と肴、駅弁、さらにはスイーツまでを座席テーブルに広げる高宮の極上のひとときが描かれる。シーズン1の東北新幹線から舞台を移し、シーズン2では金沢～敦賀間の延伸が注目を集めている北陸新幹線と上越新幹線沿線の街を訪れる。。Thomas Arslan's second feature film and part of his Berlin-trilogy is a slow-paced milieu study of German-Turkish youth in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
