该剧改编自タダノなつ的同名漫画，讲述同样时日不多的两个人短暂的爱情故事，京本大我在剧中饰演大学哲学老师万木昭史，藤原樱饰演开朗的女主千田原一花，导演林雅贵以及丸谷俊平担任，编剧由今井雅子和富安美寻担任。女主一花在高中二年级就被告知还能存活两年，然而她却超过那个界限还成了大学生，哲学老师万木不知哪一天就会走到生命的尽头，但他在课上温柔地讲述“生命的意义”时终于找到了“生的希望”，一花总是听万木的课，两人逐渐拉近距离，然而万木却突然辞去职务，从一花的眼前消失了……。During a sunny Sicilian summer Tanino has a sweet and tender story with Sally, a young American tourist.
