本片乃张彻导演的武侠神话电影，描述汉末三国分立，魏武帝曹操（白彪），初为汉相，挟天子之令诸侯；东吴孙策（赵国），骁勇善战，据有江东，人比项羽，称之小霸王，与曹敌袁绍联盟。时有道人于吉（程天赐），修练「神通术」，以符水治病，甚得众心，人称「于神仙」；孙以于妖言惑众，执而囚之，以时正天旱，令其求雨，不得则杀之。于果嘘气成雨，众皆罗拜，孙更怒，立命斩之，但于道术已成，被斩元神脱体飞出，反戏弄孙……。Gotham City is terrorized not only by recent escapees Joker and Penguin, but by the original creature of the night, Dracula! Can Batman stop the ruthless vampire before he turns everyone in the city, including The Caped Crusader, Joker and Penguin, into his mindless minions?。
