陈顺德洋名叫大卫，对洋老板惟命是从，一心想往上爬。一天，老板赴美，留下一条名叫玛莉的大狗由大卫照管，大卫受宠若惊。春天到了，玛莉开始发情，大卫惟恐玛莉与土狗偷情，于是给她戴上了“贞节带”。但玛莉还是与野狗交配成孕。大卫获悉，痛打太太。太太痛苦万状，没想到丈夫如此无情无义，视狗比亲人还要亲。大卫则感到没把洋主子的狗照顾好，自己己陷入岌岌可危的处境。大卫为玛莉堕胎，不料玛莉一命呜呼。大卫升官发财的欲望最终化为泡影。。影片圍繞高中生紫英（金藝琳飾）與朋友拍攝「通靈視頻」參賽的故事展開。最初計劃虛構通靈過程，但因好奇心嘗試真實降靈術，最終觸發不可控的恐怖事件。敘事采用「實驗-失控-詛咒」的三段式結構，通過廢棄水箱場景的封閉空間營造壓迫感，逐步揭示「破壞規則」的代價。Maggie (Nikki DeLoach), a successful entrepreneur, returns home for a will reading and discovers she's inherited half of her aunt's famed maple candy business.
