土地問題，用吉屋去解決。 Charlie（陳家樂飾） 是一位有志的年輕地產經紀，機緣巧合下離職加入一家由Gordon（張國強飾）和Lucy（龔慈恩飾）經營的房地產公司。 隨後，Charlie 發現原來這家新公司之所以能成功，全靠他們將凶宅以低價購入，再以高價出售。 儘管如此，Charlie 還是抵擋不了豐厚佣金的誘惑，決定埋沒自己的良心，將這些凶宅賣給顧客，甚至出售給前女友Shermaine（湯加文飾）及好兄弟Earnest（麥子樂飾），任由他們被鬼魂纏身.....。Miss Mary Morstan contacts Sherlock Holmes for his help regarding her father, captain Morstan, who disappeared 10 years ago. Since his disappearance she annually receives a valuable pearl by post from an unknown person. The mystery leads Holmes and doctor Watson into an intricate plot regarding a lost treasure belonging to four convicts on the Andaman Islands。
